All downloads are free of charge; however, you must register with the site in order to download Scores and Texts/Translations. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address. This address will be used only for the purpose of communicating updates and general information regarding the Italianmadrigal Web site, or information which in my judgment will be of interest to you in light of your usage of the site. Your e-mail address will not be shared with any third party, nor will it be used for any commercial purpose.

Translations and scores posed to this website are copyrighted. Such translations and scores, or any versions derived therefrom, 1) may not be used in public performance without acknowledgement of the copyright (©Martin Morell) and source (www.italianmadrigal.com), 2) may not posted to any other website without the express written permission of Martin Morell, and 3) may not be utilized for any commercial purpose. Additionally, if translations and/or scores are used in public performance, receipt of information about the same (notices, copies of programs, etc.) would be most welcome.
